Best way to create a Message object from a string?

Aug 21, 2013 at 3:07 PM
I've scoured through the code, particularly the EmailParser class and I can't seem to find a straightforward way of constructing a Message object given a string (or array of strings) containing the raw text of a message (headers + body).

In this particular scenario I am trying to load the contents of a file that contains the previously downloaded message source.

Any suggestions?

Hi einsteintech,

at the moment you can only export a message as string (see Message.GetEml, Message.GetAsString, SaveAsEmlToFile and Message.MessageBuilder). The creation of a message from string is not supported yet.

It is not a big deal to provide this feature, I'll update the code this weekend to support this.
