Is it possible to login as administrator and access to the mailbox of any other user?

Hello Sistema10,

as far as I know, the IMAP protocol doesn't provide such feature out of the box. There's a way around it, if your server can mount the mailboxes of other users as folders for your Administrator account, but guess none of the IMAP servers on the market can do this at that time.

You're right... going deeper on it I see different servers that allow to send a complex username including both the login and the address to impersonate, but it depends on the target server, not on the imap protocol or client themselves...
Thanks for your time!
